Clean room with comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and towels. Good location, strong air conditioning, and friendly staff.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

the staff were so friendly and the room - oyster point inn & suites - was really clean - even if it had a funny smell. it's close to many attractions, and the receptionist even upgraded me to a suite.

I chose Sleep Inn & Suites for its close proximity to Hampton Roads Iceplex and Virginia Living Museum, which I wanted to visit. The free wifi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise, and the convenient location at Oyster Point, Cannon Office Park was a definite plus.
Toilet makes weird noise when flushed. Maid knocked on door in the morning.

we love the room that was given to us at the time of our arrival. they let us check in earlier because the room was available. we needed that because we had been traveling for 4 hours. it is close to city center. quick check-in. free parking. free breakfast. food deliveries straight to our room. the property was purchased 2 weeks ago by another company so the name was different than when we booked a month ago. the pics were not accurate they must have been from years ago. there was no hot tub & pool was not in great shape. it is was in much need of updating & repairs. the elevator did not work very good at all & we almost got stuck in it. so not a great experience. we had fun on our trip but the hotel was a big disappointment!

Despite the dated rooms, my experience at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process with no wait time. The cleanliness of the room, including the restroom, was commendable, and I appreciated the presence of a microwave and small refrigerator. The indoor pool was a great addition, providing a nice way to relax. The hotel also offered a peaceful atmosphere, away from the main traffic ways, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location, near the Patrick Henry Mall and various food places and shopping areas, was convenient. my stay was good and I would consider coming back.
The lack of enforcement of quiet time. It would have been more enjoyable if the hotel had taken measures to ensure a quieter environment during designated quiet hours.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our concert at the Hampton Coliseum. The room was centrally situated, which made it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's AC worked well. I'll recommend this hotel.
